At Sii we are looking for the Quality Manager who would develop, implement and ensure effective and successful Quality Analyst practice. The right candidate should have proficiency level in managing the quality process in Delivery and/or Operational domains. He/she understands, articulates, implements and documents Quality controls on End-to-End Service Delivery life cycle (quote to cash). This person also supports the NOD Business Management by ensuring effective Data Quality throughout all the delivery life cycles.
  • Proposes, leads and coordinates DATA Analysis campaigns required to support effective day-to-day Service Delivery business operations
  • Analyses data on regular basis and come out with useful insights using Statistical technique
  • Leads necessary improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Acts as Quality Champion and Leads by Example to motivate NOD Teams to embrace day-to-day Quality behavior
  • Ensures that all Quality processes on the End-to-End Delivery Life Cycle are always documented, updated, communicated and available in our Intranet SharePoint
  • Presents the result of Data analysis and improvement initiatives
Více než 5 let
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology Telecom Industry or Air Transport Industry
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering Computer Technologies or Business Administration
  • Six Sigma GREEN belt certified and proven experience,
  •  Any other Quality certification in Quality Assurance would be welcome
  • Knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Mini-Tab etc.) and statistical analysis
  • Power BI is an asset
