Sii is currently looking for a new colleague for challenging internation project in IT - Customer Onboarding Project Manager! 

Customers Onboarding Project Manager will join Service Management Product team of our client and will help scale the business. Candidate needs to have advanced Project Management experience and skills and will be focused on managing the customers onboarding on the Service Management Platform, with the help of the related Customer Service Managers.

Candidate must be comfortable working with multiple teams concurrently to identify timelines, deliverables, communication and quality when engaging the onboarding of the customers on the platform.

Profil
  • Provide high quality professional project management services to customers and internal organizations, in the context of the Service Management improvement program.
  • Positively represent the compnay as an organization that commits to provide high quality professional services.
  • Ensure that Product team expectations are well managed and that project team roles and responsibilities are clearly understood, agreed to, and executed upon.
  • Ensure that each element of the project is professionally defined and initiated such as: Work Breakdown Structure, resource requirements, task accomplishments, project deliverables, critical paths and dependencies, communication and critical success factors.
  • Ensure quality is achieved as planned and as agreed with the Product team and Customer Service Management practise.
  • Minimize implementation costs and time of customers’ onboarding by effectively managing the deliverables and identifying industrialization’s processes.
  • Ensure that Project Management methodologies, standards, procedures guidelines and tools are applied / incorporated as required.
  • Investigate systematic problems and business issues, consult key stakeholders, document proposed solutions
  • Share best practices and mentor various teams and share knowledge.

Schopnosti
  • University degree in engineering or comparable practical experience (desirable)
  • PMI (Project Management Institute) Certification (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Service Management
  • Experience working with Service provider and Air Transport Industry
  • Ability to be involved in technical discussions
  • Minimum Project Management Experience: 5 years
  • Minimum IT Industry Experience: 5 years
  • ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
  • Candidate must have a strong command of English as well as their local language
  • Pro-active, pragmatic, but well structured
  • Prepared to travel when required (team meetings)
